You will follow the route of the Tour de France during the Alpine mountains stages – with 11% grade climbs and a stunning diversity of landscapes. Here you will climb mythical passes and you will enjoy the festal atmosphere that accompanies the race, with the crowd cheering up and the publicity caravan featuring the oddest vehicles.
You will eventually leave the “route du Tour” to head towards the magnificent sceneries of Provence and climb one of the monster climbs of the French Alps: the Mont Ventoux. Your hotels – selected for their French regional character and hospitability – will always be located at an excellent point for accessing stages.
